Plenty of companies will sell you a long list of services. We do two, because mold work has one job: find the moisture, get the mold out, and prove it is gone. Everything else is a distraction from doing those well.
Mold removal & remediation is the hands-on work: containment, HEPA air scrubbing, removing damaged material, cleaning, drying, and optional third-party clearance testing, all to the IICRC S520 standard. Mold inspection & testing is the independent side: moisture readings, thermal imaging, and lab-analyzed air and surface samples with a written report, for home sales, post-leak checks, or when you just need to know what you are dealing with.
Both start with a free inspection and a written, fixed-scope quote. The price you approve is the price you pay. We serve Fort Collins and every town around it.
