He is IICRC-certified in Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) and Water Restoration (WRT), and he runs every on-site inspection and writes every scope himself.

Operations Manager
Danielle handles scheduling, keeps you updated through the job, and manages the insurance paperwork on water-damage-related claims. She lives in Timnath.

Senior Mold Technician
Marcus sets up containment and runs the negative-air and HEPA air-scrubbing side of every job. He is IICRC AMRT-certified with ten years in the trade around Loveland and Greeley.
Tyler Okafor
Field Technician
Tyler handles material removal, antimicrobial cleaning and structural drying. Based in Windsor.
Sam Whitcomb
Field Technician
Sam does the crawl space and attic work: moisture mapping, removal in tight spaces, and haul-off. Based in Fort Collins.
