Mold Remediation Technician
Description. Hands-on remediation work across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado: containment setup, material removal, antimicrobial cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, and structural drying. Full-time, based out of Fort Collins with local travel.
Qualifications. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Comfortable with physical work in crawl spaces and attics. No experience required; IICRC WRT/AMRT certification a plus and we will pay for it if you do not have it.
Benefits. $20 to $26 per hour depending on experience, paid certification, paid time off, and a company vehicle for job travel.
Crew Lead
Description. Runs a two- to three-person crew on site: reviews the scope, sets up and verifies containment, manages the day's work, and does the final moisture checks before drying.
Qualifications. Two or more years in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or a related trade. IICRC AMRT certification, or willing to earn it within 90 days. Able to talk to homeowners clearly and calmly.
Benefits. $28 to $34 per hour, paid certification and renewals, paid time off, company vehicle, and a quarterly bonus tied to clearance-test pass rates.
Scheduling & Office Coordinator
Description. First point of contact for new inquiries: returns calls and form submissions same-day, books inspections, coordinates crew schedules, and handles insurance paperwork on claims. Part-time to full-time, hybrid.
Qualifications. Strong phone and written communication. Organized and calm under a full inbox. Restoration, trades, or property-management office experience helpful.
Benefits. $19 to $24 per hour, flexible hours, paid time off, and room to grow into an operations role.
